A scalloped, plain wallpaper border. The Scallops wallpaper border is the most sober in the range: a solid coloured band with one edge cut into a series of regular semicircles. No printed patterns, no details to match — it’s the shape alone that makes the decoration. This simplicity makes it easy to combine, even in a room where there are already patterns elsewhere.
Where to put it. At the top of the wall, under the ceiling, scallops downwards ; at the head of the bed, to draw a soft line above the bed ; in a living room, under a shelf or a painting ; halfway up the wall in the basement, scallops upwards.
Three colours. The scallops are available in blue, green and beige. Beige is the most discreet and is content to emphasize; blue brings freshness without breaking a light room; Green is the most present of the three and goes well with natural woods.
Simple, water-based installation. The paper is pre-glued : you just have to moisten it to activate the glue, without buying any glue separately. A clean, smooth wall, a little water, and the wallpaper border is in place.
