A two-tone checkered border, with no white. The Two-Tone Checkerboard wallpaper border takes the classic checkered pattern and swaps the white squares for a second colour. The result is denser and warmer: two shades alternate along the whole length, so the border colours the wall instead of just outlining it.
Where to put it. At 8 cm wide it fits anywhere. Right under the ceiling, it makes the room feel taller; at mid-height, it splits a large bare wall in two; in a kitchen or a dining room, it echoes tiles; in a kids’ room, it adds colour without a busy pattern.
Three colour pairs. Pink and orange, blue and green, red and blue. Each pair is chosen to sit on a white or plain painted wall.
Hung with water. The paper is prepasted: spray the back with water, the paste activates and the border goes up. No glue to buy. Borders join end to end with no visible break, so you can cover any length.
