A scalloped wallpaper border, strewn with stars. The Scallops Étoilés wallpaper border is cut-out: instead of a rectangular band, one of its edges draws a series of regular curves, each marked with a small cream star. This cut-out outline changes everything — the wallpaper border doesn’t lay a hard line on the wall, it hems it. It’s a delicate pattern, which works especially well in rooms where softness is desired.
Where to put it. At the head of the bed in a child’s room, scallops downwards ; at the top of the wall, under the ceiling, scallops downwards, to give the impression of a higher room ; in a kitchen, under a shelf or a wall unit ; around a door, window, or mirror.
Three colours. The scallops are available in blue, red and yellow, always with the stars in cream. Blue remains the softest and most classic for a bedroom; red gives a more marked character; Yellow is the brightest of the three.
Simple, water-based installation. The paper is pre-glued : you just have to moisten it to activate the glue, without buying any glue separately. A clean, smooth wall, a little water, and the wallpaper border is in place.
